Median price.

Bastrop and Lakeway made some big changes in median price in 2021. While everyone saw home affordability slip away, some areas saw it more than others. At the end of the year, Bastrop had seen some significant growth and with announcements of change on the horizon, prices continue to rise for this area and OLP to Close Price trends show more competition.

Lakeway had some tremendous growth at the beginning of the year and continued to see prices increase through August, while other markets were leveling off for the season. At the end of the year, the area seemed to be cooling down as Austin and Bastrop started seeing numbers heading up.
